Chapter I · Built for the cockpit

Every feature solves a real pilot problem.

Live FDP tracking

EASA ORO.FTL.205 + FAA Part 117 with split-duty. The gauge ticks from block-off to block-on.

Free logbook import

Bring your whole career from LogTen Pro, ForeFlight, MyFlightbook or any CSV in two minutes. Unlimited and free — imported flights never count toward the free tier. Switching guide →

72,000 airports · 1,000 airlines

Every airport on earth that isn't closed — from LTFM to the grass strip you did your PPL on, plus heliports and seaplane bases. Search in your own language: type izmir, get Adnan Menderes. Airlines and aircraft types are pickers with real IATA/ICAO codes, so your logbook never holds four spellings of the same employer. Night time computes itself from the sun's position along your route.

Real EASA logbook PDF

The official AMC1 FCL.050 column layout — function times, name of PIC, day/night landings, FSTD section, and carried-forward totals on every page. Ready for an interview or an audit.

3D route map

Tap any sector. The view tilts to a 55° pitch with realistic terrain and your great-circle path drawn live.

Career charts

Twelve months of block hours, breakdowns by aircraft, year, and route. The whole flight history at a glance.

Recency & certificates

90-day tracker counted per type and class rating, the way §61.57(a) and Part-FCL.060 are written — three landings in an A320 don't make you current in a B737. Medicals, ratings and recurrents alert at 60·30·7·1 days.

Roster import

Drop your airline's .ics roster. Sectors auto-create with route, times and flight number pre-filled. Standby and days off are skipped; positioning sectors import with no flight time. Pro.

Per-Diem earnings

Layover allowances by country. PDF logbook export, EASA-formatted, signed.

Chapter II · A walkthrough

Chapter III · Privacy

Your flights live only in your iCloud.

We are not a data company. There is no Flight Log server. No analytics, no third-party trackers, no email lists. Your sectors sync between your devices through your own private iCloud — the same vault that holds your photos and messages. We can't read it. We don't want to.

01

No data harvesting

We collect nothing. No analytics, no advertising IDs, no third-party telemetry — ever.

02

No servers of ours

We host nothing. There's nothing to breach because there's no database holding your data.

03

Anonymous if you want

Sign in with Apple, or skip sign-in entirely and fly as a guest. Your call.

Chapter IV · Pilots ask

Common questions.

Is Flight Log EASA and FAA compliant?

Yes. Flight Log implements EASA ORO.FTL.205 and FAA Part 117 Flight Time Limits, including split-duty extensions. Cumulative limits over 7, 28 and 365 days are tracked automatically.

Does Flight Log work on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch?

Yes. Flight Log is a native app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Your data syncs across all your devices through your private iCloud.

Where is my flight data stored?

Your flight data is stored exclusively in your private iCloud account. There are no Flight Log servers. We do not collect, sell or analyse your data.

Can I import my airline roster?

Yes. Flight Log accepts iCalendar (.ics) files exported from your airline's crew portal. Sectors are automatically created with route, time and aircraft pre-filled.

Can I import my logbook from LogTen Pro or ForeFlight?

Yes — for free, with no limits. Export a CSV from LogTen Pro, ForeFlight or MyFlightbook, open Import Logbook in Flight Log, and your entire history transfers with times, landings, roles and aircraft intact. Imported flights never count toward the free tier. Read the two-minute switching guide →

Which airports and airlines are included?

Every airport on earth that isn't closed — around 72,000, heliports and seaplane bases included — bundled in the app and fully offline. Airlines are a picker of 1,000+ operating carriers with their IATA and ICAO designators; aircraft types use ICAO designators. That means your logbook holds one spelling of your employer, not four. Search is diacritic-aware, so izmir finds İzmir and cigli finds Çiğli.

My spreadsheet is not in English — can Flight Log still read it?

Yes. If the column names aren't recognised — Turkish, German, or headings you invented yourself — Flight Log shows a mapping screen where you match each column by hand. Every choice displays a sample value from your own file ("Kalkış · LTFM"), so there's no guessing. European date formats (12.03.2023) and semicolon-separated Excel exports are handled correctly.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Your first 30 flights are free, forever — and importing your existing logbook (LogTen, ForeFlight or any CSV) is free and unlimited. The Pro upgrade unlocks unlimited flights, 3D maps, PDF export, recency tracking, certificate alerts and roster import.

How much does Flight Log cost?

Flight Log Pro is available monthly, yearly or as a one-off lifetime purchase. Prices are set per App Store storefront and shown in your own currency — check the listing for the exact figure where you are. Crew Pro for airlines is $299 per year.

Does Flight Log replace LogTen Pro or Wingman?

Flight Log is a modern alternative built natively for the Apple ecosystem. It supports the same regulatory standards (EASA, FAA) with a refined design and stricter privacy than legacy logbook apps.

Where can I read pilot logbook guides and regulatory explainers?

In Field Notes, our pilot blog — EASA Flight Time Limits, FAA Part 117 vs EASA, logbook app comparisons, FAA §61.57 recency, and logbook privacy. Start at getflightlog.com/blog/; subscribe via RSS.
